Bio:
Dan was born in St. Louis County on January 7, 1973, and has spent his entire life living in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
On December 20, 2003, Dan married Kathleen Wallen. Kathleen already lived in Winghaven so Dan moved to O'Fallon
after their wedding. Dan and Kathleen loved the city and people of O'Fallon so much they decided to stay, building a home
in Winghaven and moving in the day before Thanksgiving 2005. On March 31, 2006, Dan and Kathleen's daughter, Karis
was born. Dan, Kathleen and Karis are members of ICD Catholic Church and Social Members of Winghaven CC.

Education:
Dan has shown through his educational experience that he is able to excel at all levels. His Educational highlights include:
Attended St. Blaise Grade School
Graduating from Christian Brothers College High School, on a work grant
Graduating from University of Missouri - St. Louis where he received a B.S.B.A with an emphasis in Finance.
Graduating from Webster University with a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Career
Dan has been blessed with the opportunity to work for some of the largest companies and most highly qualified people in
the world. This experience will greatly benefit the citizens of O'Fallon as Dan will use these experiences to address the
issues facing O'Fallon. Dan's Career highlights include:
his career with MCI, starting as a collections representative. His outstanding work ethic and ability to learn quickly and
lead others propelled him through the management ranks. After less than 2 years he was a Collection Manager. After
several years Dan moved out of collections and into a system support management role.
His role with Anheuser-Busch as a Data Warehouse Project Manager. Dan successfully launched his portion of a $10
million project. This was the first return on the project realized by Anheuser-Busch.
Working for Crane National Vendors, at the time the largest vending machine manufacturer in the World. Crane National
Vendors quickly realized Dan's ability to learn new tasks and adjust to any job needed so his responsibilities were varied
and wide ranging. He worked as an advanced scout for the mergers and acquisitions team, launched their first
e-commerce platform and performed Lean Manufacturing training for the factory employees.
Accepting a position with Maritz where Dan was an instrumental part in launching a new line of business.
Taking his first position for a company based in O'Fallon, leaving Maritz for MasterCard. Dan took a Technology Project
Management position with Budget responsibilities for their extranet site servicing all issuing banks, in addition to, other
customers.
Moving right down the road to a position with Citigroup. During his time with Citigroup Dan launched several successful
projects. One successful launch resulted in a new $350 million line of business for Citigroup. Dan's time with Citigroup
ended with a successful launch of a completely redesigned e-commerce platform for Citi Home Equity.
Returning to MasterCard in January of 2007, for a position in their Emerging and Internet Solution organization.
